Claes Oldenburg Sculptures πŸ”πŸŸπŸ•πŸŒ

They look good enough to eat πŸ˜‹

Cats 🐱 & Dogs πŸΆ

This is one of my favorite lessons.

Students started with an eye study on how to draw realistic animal eyes. They used oil pastels for coloring. Students then began to paint on newspaper. Once dried students ripped and shredded the newspaper πŸ“° and glued onto their blank canvas.

Students then placed the eyes and nose over the newspaper and painted more in-depth details to create their cats and dogs. Multi step lesson with amazing results ❀️🎨😻🐢🀩

Personality Swirls πŸŒ€

Grade 5-6 did such an amazing job creating their personality swirls.

They were so focused on their patterns and designs. I am so proud of the outcomeπŸ€—β€οΈπŸŽ¨

Landscapes

Here is an animated Video I created with my Bitmoji to help my students learn about landscapes with a cool song to help them remember where and how to place objects in the Foreground, Middle ground, and Background. I also teach them a cool dance along with learning the song 🎡 πŸ’ƒπŸ½πŸŽ¨β€οΈ
